“I completely broke my setting of my wedding ring and my center diamond fell out. I didn’t wear it for three years because I thought it was going to be so expensive to repair. I took it to Neal and he not only fixed the setting, but he resized my ring and two bands and dipped them all. ALL of that was cheaper than the last time I had my ring dipped only at a jeweler. I will forever go diamonds by appointment. They do a great job and know their stuff!!”
