Do I need an appointment?

Do you carry in-stock engagement rings or only custom?
Both. You can shop ready pieces from our in-store selection or design from scratch through custom design. We also maintain a selection of loose diamonds.
Where are you located and where do you serve?
2484 N Stokesberry Pl, Suite 150, Meridian, ID 83646. We are across from The Village at Meridian. We serve Meridian, Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Star, Caldwell, and beyond. Mail-in services are available for many repairs. See Contact Page for details.
What is the difference between natural and lab grown diamonds?
Both are real diamonds with the same crystal structure. Natural diamonds are formed in the earth. Lab grown diamonds are created in a lab and can offer larger looks at a lower price. We carry both and will compare them side by side during your visit. Learn more in Diamond Education.
Which of the 4 Cs matters most?
Cut has the biggest impact on sparkle. Color, clarity, and carat affect look and price. We will help you see trade-offs in person so you can choose with confidence.
How long is a typical appointment?
Most run 45 to 60 minutes. Custom design consultations may take a little longer. If you are on a tight schedule, please mention it when booking.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes. Bring ideas or photos. We will select the stone, choose the setting, review a mockup, and confirm details together. Start here.
How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom rings are finished in about two to six weeks depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and time of year. If you have a deadline, tell us and we will map out a timeline.
What if I need something quickly?
We keep select rings in stock and can sometimes offer rush solutions or setting on in-stock mountings. Check our current options in Special Offers or In-Store Selection.
What price ranges do you offer?
We work with many budgets. By comparing natural and lab grown options, shapes, and settings, you can maximize look and value. Check rotating values on our Special Offers page.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Payment options can be discussed during your appointment. Most clients use card or bank payment. If you need staged payments, ask and we will review available options.
Do you sell wedding bands?

Do you offer jewelry repair and resizing?
Yes. Services include ring sizing, prong retipping, stone tightening, chain repair, refurbishing, polishing, pearl restringing, and more. We also handle many watch repairs. See Jewelry Repair for details or to ask about mail-in service.
Do your diamonds come with grading reports?
We curate stones with respected grading from organizations such as GIA and IGI. We will show you how to read the report and match it to the diamond you select.
Can I upgrade my diamond later?
If you think you may want to upgrade in the future, tell us at your appointment. We will outline options that fit your goals and budget so you can plan ahead.
How do I figure out ring size without ruining the surprise?
Bring a ring your partner wears on the correct finger if possible. We can also guide you on average sizes and safe adjustments. Resizing after the proposal is common and usually straightforward.
How should I care for my ring at home?
Use a soft brush with warm water and a mild soap, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and remove your ring for heavy work or lotions.
